"At IPC, our goal is to help adults, as well as children, grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord."  - Kris McCorstin, Christian Education Chair

Children's Ministry

Nursery

Our nursery is staffed with a professional preschool caregiver, assisted by volunteer “Huggers” each week.  Your infant/preschooler will feel right at home. Nursery care is available from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. in room 106.  Come by and meet Ena Tolentino. (8:45 during the school year before Crossroads Adult Bible Study class)

Elementary

Children's ministry is a top priority at the IPC. Preschool through Grade 6 students are invited to begin worship with their parents in the sanctuary. Following their own special “Children’s Moment” with Pastor Murray, they move on to Sunday School classrooms during the school year. Preschool - 2nd grade children may be picked up after 11:15 a.m. in Room 100 while 3rd - 6th graders may rejoin their parents at the Coffee Hour.

Youth Ministry at the IPC:
Crossroads & Cornerstone

Youth ministry is an important part of our church life and we are blessed with a great group of students.  Both junior high and senior high youth meet on Sunday mornings for Sunday School during the last half of the worship hour.

Groups are spilt up into 6-8th grade and 9-12th grade.

In addition to their regular weekly Sunday School, we link hands with Young Life Brussels team members to provide youth fellowship meetings for all of our youth each week.  Our youth are invited to Young Life work camp trips to Romania and elsewhere.  They also attend the AICEMEA youth gatherings throughout Western Europe.

Students in both groups are challenged to put their faith in Jesus Christ and to grow in their understanding of Christian discipleship by sharing their talents and gifts in the Praise Choir each Sunday during worship.
